Project Manager / Job Captain - Architecture Atelier Architects, a full-service residential and commercial architectural firm located in Sherman Oaks, California, is seeking a full-time Project Manager / Job Captain to join our team. The position will focus on high-end single-family residential and commercial projects. We are looking for a motivated, driven, versatile, energetic, positive, organized, efficient, disciplined, and experienced professional who takes pride in producing high-quality work and is interested in long-term professional growth. Requirements Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture Minimum 3 years of professional architectural experience; additional experience preferred Experience working on projects from design development through construction documents and permitting Experience with mid- to high-end single-family residential projects Proficiency in Revit 2025 or newer Proficiency in AutoCAD Architecture 2025 or newer Strong communication, organizational, and project management skills Ability to consistently meet deadlines and deliver high-quality work Exceptional attention to detail, precision, and quality Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively within a team Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel Strong internet research skills Familiarity with AI applications and emerging architectural technology is a plus Responsibilities Assist with and manage projects from design development through construction documentation and permitting Develop and produce accurate, detailed construction documents Coordinate architectural drawings and project information with consultants and permitting agencies Review drawings and documents for accuracy, completeness, and quality Help ensure projects remain on schedule and meet established deadlines Participate in design development and problem-solving throughout the project lifecycle

Pay:
