We are seeking an experienced Senior Job Captain to help lead the delivery of high‑end amenity interiors that enhance everyday user experience and support design excellence. This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of the technical execution of complex amenity projects from concept to Construction while working closely with a collaborative, design‑focused team. The Senior Job Captain will play a key role in developing clear, well‑coordinated construction documents, supporting design intent, and resolving technical challenges throughout project delivery. Key Responsibilities Lead the development and coordination of construction documents for amenity‑focused interior projects Collaborate with interior designers, clients, and consultants to effectively translate design intent into buildable solutions Coordinate across all disciplines, including MEP and structural consultants, to ensure integrated project delivery Resolve complex technical and constructability challenges with thoughtful, practical solutions Contribute to project quality, documentation standards, and overall team efficiency Qualifications 5 -7 years of experience in interior architecture (amenity or hospitality experience strongly preferred) 5 years of advanced proficiency in Revit across all project phases Strong understanding of building systems and multidisciplinary coordination Proven ability to produce, manage, and review high‑quality construction documents Clear communicator who works well in a collaborative, professional environment Why AO?
