EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY ANNOUNCEMENT RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead the production of construction documents and coordinate drawings with consultants and internal teams. Maintain project deadlines, ensuring deliverables meet firm standards and client expectations. Translate design concepts into buildable solutions, while upholding design quality and code compliance. Prepare and submit drawing sets for plan check; review and respond to agency comments and correction notices Serve as a key contact during construction; review submittals, response to RFIs and conduct site visits as needed.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS 5-8

years of relevant architectural experience, with at least 3 years of experience in a Job Captain role. Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, and Bluebeam. Strong working knowledge of building systems, detailing, building codes, accessibility requirements, and construction methods. A collaborative spirit with a strong sense of personal and professional accountability.
