Job Description

Our client is seeking Senior Architects at several experience levels, from early‑career licensed professionals to seasoned architects who can lead projects and mentor teams. Role overview In this role you will guide the design and documentation of architectural projects, ensuring that the work reflects a clear concept, meets client expectations, and is technically sound. You will collaborate with internal teams and external consultants, help manage schedules and budgets with the project manager, and contribute to design reviews and quality control. Key responsibilities Lead and coordinate project design efforts, working closely with consultants and the internal team. Develop and organize drawing sets and documentation throughout all project phases. Support project planning, tracking progress against schedule and budget, and raising issues proactively. Oversee technical quality, including specifications, details, and alignment between design intent and construction documents. Participate in select marketing or proposal efforts related to active or upcoming projects. Must-have qualifications Professional architectural degree and active registration as an Architect or Interior Designer. Strong proficiency in Revit for design and documentation. Project experience in housing, higher education, or interior fit‑out work. Demonstrated design orientation with the ability to translate concepts into clear, buildable solutions. Professional certification such as LEED AP, CSI, or similar is strongly preferred. Eligibility to work in the United States.
