Requirements :
Architectural license a MUST Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture required; Doctorate Degree a plus LEED Accreditation a plus Proficient in in Revit, AutoCAD and other software related to the architectural field At least 5 years of professional experience in all phases of architectural projects Experience in Education, Commercial, Housing, Healthcare, and/or Aviation Department of Defense experience

Responsibilities:
Oversight responsibility for all projects in the firm, including signoff/stamping on drawings, etc. Management of planning, adapting, and modifying all working drawings Business development, client communications, military liaison Prepare and present drawings and floor plans Leadership of a team with all disciplines, employees, and consultants
Work Environment:
Office uniquely located in a neighborhood with free parking Regular office hours (Monday-Friday); may have to adjust schedules quickly, often when on fast deadlines May be required to work long hours, nights, and weekends when under tight deadlines Possible short-term travel to project sites in Guam, Japan, and other pacific regions We are guided by the following principles: We care about the community.
