- Project Manager.
Architectural Owner's Representative Responsibilities:
Manage and direct outside architectural, engineering,missioning, and specialty consulting partners. Lead projects through programming, design, permitting, construction, and final closeout activities. Facilitate design reviews to ensure alignment with operational requirements, design standards, and business objectives. Monitor consultant performance, project milestones, contract deliverables, and quality expectations. Coordinate decisions among internal stakeholders, contractors, project teams and permitting agencies Review drawings and design packages for constructability,pleteness, functionality, and cost impacts. Track project budgets, forecasts, change orders, risks, and overall project performance while providing leadership-level updates.Architectural Owner's Representative Qualifications:
Professional degree in Architecture; Licensure is preferred 10+ years of architectural project leadership experience withinmercial, hospitality, healthcare, corporate, or mixed-use environments. Demonstrated experience managing external architecture and engineering firms on behalf of an owner or clientanization. Strong knowledge of permitting, building codes, and project delivery processes. Experience evaluating design quality, project risks, schedules, and budgetsBenefits:
