This role involves collaborating with clients, coordinating with team members, and ensuring that projects meet design, budget, and schedule requirements. •
Design Development :
Create and develop architectural designs and plans that align with client needs and project goals. •
Documentation :
Prepare detailed construction documents, including drawings, specifications, and schedules, using architectural software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit). •
Project Management :
Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure successful project delivery. •
Client Interaction :
Communicate with clients to understand their requirements, present design options, and incorporate feedback into the design process. •
Team Collaboration :
Coordinate with engineers, landscape architects, and other consultants to achieve integrated project solutions. •
Site Visits :
Conduct site assessments and visits to monitor construction progress and ensure adherence to design intent. •
Quality Control :
