About the Role (Responsibilities) Provide various aspects of support for grocery projects in the planning, design, bidding, and construction phases (pre-construction site visits required). Develop and monitor project work plans, including task assignments and deliverables for internal teams and consultants. Learn and follow Company CAD standards Prepare CAD drawings for projects Review CAD and permit drawings for accuracy and completeness Identify and document areas requiring review or correction Take responsibility for finished plans, specifications, and approval of materials and construction, and for managing all aspects of multiple small to large complex projects. Collaborate with engineers, consultants, contractors, and/or clients Our Expectations of You (Qualifications) Associate's, Bachelor's, or Master's Degree in Architecture from an accredited program. 5+ years of experience as a design professional and/or architect Proficiency with Office365, AutoCAD, and Revit Knowledge of relevant building codes, zoning, jurisdictional processes, building materials, specifications, and construction techniques in a retail/grocery environment is preferred Excellent time management, organizational, and written and verbal communication skills Experience leading a team, leading client meetings, and consultant coordination a plus Website https://www.ycharch.com Resume and Portfolio demonstrating Revit proficiency are required.
