Job Description:

Qualifications Current Architectural License in the State of New Jersey is required. Minimum of 10 years of experience in architecture, with a focus on commercial and multifamily developments. Working knowledge of AutoCAD and Revit at an intermediate level. Strong expertise in preparing construction documents and detailed technical drawings. Proven ability to manage responsibilities at both a leadership level and in hands-on project execution. Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills. Solid understanding of applicable building codes, zoning requirements, and industry best practices.
