Job Description

Radin Consulting, Inc., a transportation planning and design firm, is looking for a full-time Mid-level Project Manager in the NYC Metro area. Candidate should have strong skills in spatial design, graphic wayfinding, and sign design. The position is located in the site office at the Newark Liberty Airport. Salary range is competitive and will be based on qualifications and experience. Excellent benefits are included. Qualifications Bachelors or master's degree in Architecture. 10+ years of experience in Transit Architecture and sign design & wayfinding. AIA preferred Experience in wayfinding for transportation projects with an emphasis on Airport projects Experience with digital media and displays, as well as immersive content Familiarity with PANYNJ Wayfinding Standards Familiarity with the materials, printing process, and installation details of physical signs Demonstrated educational and relevant work experience showing strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills Responsibilities Assist the Authority (PANYNJ) with developing the strategy for the wayfinding (static and digital) for the Newark Airport Redevelopment Investigate the latest trends in wayfinding globally and advise on best practices Review drawings/submissions for compliance with standards and Program Messaging Strategy Coordinate with partner PANYNJ units and other redevelopment projects Assist in the preparation of contract documents and requirements Attend and document action items from meetings Track expected submissions and reviews Help prepare presentation materials for executive briefings and routine program updates Assist with quality control and quality assurance.
Pay:
$95,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
