This role is ideal for a licensed architect who excels at leading teams, managing complex projects, and delivering thoughtful, technically sound design from concept through construction. What You'll Do
- Lead healthcare architectural projects through all phases with a high level of design and technical excellence
- Manage project teams, schedules, budgets, and client relationships
- Oversee quality control, coordination, and constructability of healthcare projects
- Collaborate with team members, clients, engineers, and contractors to deliver successful outcomes
- Mentor and support junior staff while contributing to firm-wide design standards What You Bring
- Licensed Architect with 10+ years of professional experience in the healthcare industry
- Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills
- Deep knowledge of building codes, construction documents, and technical detailing
- Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD (preferred)
