Job Description
Project Architect position Extensive single family home residential experience required. At least 7 years experience a must College degree in architecture 4 or 5 year required. Ability to work independently on multiple projects. PC based environment with thorough understanding of Autocad, MS Office programs and Adobe Acrobate required. As nearly all work is located in the Hamptons from Montauk to Westhampton the ideal candidate will need to be fairly local as job site and building dept visits are often. Candidate needs to be able to adapt to office formats and be able to put together full construction documents for projects will all require research and analysis. This is a work at home position with weekly in person or virtual meetings with team to review projects. Level of employment Ideal candidate will be interested in transitioning to this position in an advancement process of hours. To start ,the hours would reflect ability to perform the job in an efficient manor. More ability more hours. The ultimate goal of candidate should be ,to advance to a managing role with the firm.
