In-Office (Full-Time) About the Position We are seeking a talented and motivated Architect with a minimum of five years of professional experience to join our growing design team. This position offers the opportunity to work directly with our Senior Architect on high-end hospitality, country club, commercial, and luxury residential projects from concept through construction. The ideal candidate is creative, technically proficient, detail-oriented, and passionate about producing exceptional design while maintaining a strong understanding of construction documentation. Responsibilities Collaborate with the Senior Architect throughout all phases of design and project development. Prepare comprehensive construction documents and detailed architectural drawings. Develop 3D models, renderings, and architectural visualizations using Lumion. Produce presentation-quality renderings and graphics for client meetings. Coordinate with interior designers, consultants, engineers, and project managers. Assist with code research, permitting, and construction administration. Review shop drawings, submittals, and RFIs. Participate in project meetings and contribute creative design solutions. Ensure drawings meet company quality standards, schedules, and project requirements. Qualifications Bachelor's in Architecture. Minimum of 5 years of professional architectural experience . Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD . Strong experience using Lumion to create high-quality 3D renderings and walkthroughs. Experience producing complete construction documents. Working knowledge of building codes and construction methods. Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills. Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and commitment to design excellence. Preferred Qualifications Experience in hospitality, country clubs, luxury residential, or commercial projects. Knowledge of SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office. Architectural licensure or progress toward licensure is a plus.
