Our client, a well-established construction organization, is hiring a Project Lead for a hybrid opportunity in Fort Washington, PA. This position offers the opportunity to take ownership of multiple residential projects while collaborating with internal design, engineering, and operations teams throughout the project lifecycle. The ideal candidate will bring a strong architectural background, experience preparing construction documents, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in AutoCAD is a requirement for this role. About the Job Manage multiple residential design and construction projects from concept through completion Coordinate with internal design, engineering, and operations teams to ensure projects remain on schedule and within budget Prepare, review, and revise construction documents and lot-specific plans Partner with consultants and external stakeholders to support project execution Assist in evaluating new design concepts, architectural details, and product offerings Support quality control efforts by ensuring plans meet applicable codes, standards, and project requirements Contribute to process improvements, documentation standards, and workflow best practices Participate in technology initiatives and continuous improvement projects within the architectural team Provide project leadership while serving as a resource and mentor to team members About You Proficiency with AutoCAD and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word5+ years of architectural experience, including project management and cross-functional team coordination Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field from a NAAB-accredited program strongly preferred Previous experience within residential architecture or a national homebuilding environment required Strong understanding of architectural design, construction documentation, and applicable building codes Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and quality standards This contract opportunity offers a hybrid schedule based out of Fort Washington, PA and is paying up to $52.00/hour, depending on experience.
