Onsite in San JoseFull-time/PermanentFounded over 120 years ago, we are one of the oldest and most established architectural firms in California. Our work includes K-12 and Higher Education, Multifamily, Healthcare, Performing Arts, Civic, and Master Planning, as well as architectural and planning services.
You'll have the opportunity to engage in all phases of project development, including client interaction and production of technical drawings and renderings.
Produce and comprehend architectural redlines and efficiently produce documents and revisions.
Oversee quality control and ensure compliance within project scope and budget.
Coordinate design with consultants and architectural team.
Delegate and oversee work of Design Professional I and/or II on team.
Ability to work collaboratively and clearly with architectural team, consultants, and clients.
Handle multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.

Qualifications:
Bachelor of ArchitectureRevitEducation or healthcare project experienceTechnical skills including creating architectural design, details, and documents is a plusResponsibilities:
Create, coordinate, revise, and maintain project design, production, and documentation at all project phases (Pre-Design through Construction Administration and Certification).Responsible for production of Construction Documents.Produce and comprehend architectural redlines and efficiently produce documents and revisions.
