Job Description
Farmer | Morgan provides planning, design and construction services to public and private sector entities in Tennessee, North Alabama and Mississippi. The position is for a licensed professional architect to work on design and construction documents for civic, institutional, and related architectural projects developed in conjunction with other employees of Farmer | Morgan, Inc. The candidate should have advanced knowledge of architectural processes, means and methods, with expertise trending toward civic and institutional architecture (e.g., municipal buildings, schools, community facilities, adaptive reuse projects) or closely related fields. Under minimal supervision, oversee and direct architectural design from conception to completion. Support existing firm staff through project assistance, project development and project management as required. Ability to handle design review duties that are related to projects within the individual's purview of expertise.
