Full Job Description Job Responsibilities:
Lead architectural projects from schematic design through construction documents, coordinating internal staff and consultants Produce well-coordinated, high-quality project documentation ready for permitting and construction Ensure compliance with codes, regulations, and client requirements Conduct client meetings, presentations, and design reviews Mentor and guide junior team members in design, documentation, and workflow best practices Monitor project timelines, proactively identify risks, and implement design or documentation solutions Collaborate effectively across project teams to ensure consistency and quality
Required Qualifications:
Licensed Architect 5+ years of professional experience in architectural design and project leadership Excellent communication and organizational skills Proficiency with Revit, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office Strong knowledge of codes and compliance requirements Ability to work independently and collaboratively Attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with animal welfare, community, and/or education projects Familiarity co-presenting in interviews or on the stage, or a willingness to learn LEED or other relevant certifications Proficiency with Adobe design software and 3D visualization tools
