Job Description
We need someone special to join our team — a licensed architect with 10+ years of experience who genuinely loves working with people. Not just clients (though that's important!), but also the close-knit team you'll be working alongside every single day. This position is based in our Spokane, WA office and is not a remote position. Here's what makes this different from those big-firm positions: You'll have actual relationships. Many of our clients are nonprofits, social service organizations, and faith-based groups doing incredible work — providing housing for formerly homeless families, veterans, and elders. They're not just names on a contract. You'll get to know them, understand their challenges, and help make their difficult work a little easier. You'll see your impact. We're in the middle of BIG community-changing projects right now. Permanent supportive housing that changes lives. Fire stations that serve communities for generations. These aren't just portfolio pieces — they're projects our communities desperately need, and you'll be part of making them happen. You'll have stability and purpose. This isn't about filling a spot until the next project comes along. We're looking for someone who wants to dig in and do meaningful work with a team that values longevity and deep expertise in what we do. You'll be part of a family. With a small team, everyone matters. You'll work on projects from conception through construction, mentor others and be mentored, and have a real voice in how we do things.
What We Offer:
- Competitive compensation and benefits
- Hands-on project experience from start to finish
- Support for continuing education and professional development
- Work that matters alongside clients who value what we do
- A team that will have your back
Requirements:
- Licensed Architect with 10+ years of experience
- Values relationships as much as technical skills
- Team player who thrives in a collaborative, supportive environment
- Passion for work that truly serves the community
- Commitment to quality without losing sight of the mission This is an in-person position based in Spokane, WA.
