Job Description
Saxon Paving, LLC is seeking an experienced Paver Operator to join our growing asphalt paving team. We are looking for dependable individuals who take pride in producing high-quality work and maintaining a safe jobsite. Responsibilities Operate asphalt paving equipment safely and efficiently. Maintain proper mat thickness, grade, and smoothness. Work closely with the paving crew to ensure quality production. Perform daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance. Follow project specifications and safety procedures. Assist with general labor duties as needed. Qualifications Experience operating asphalt pavers required. Ability to read grades and maintain consistent paving. Valid driver's license (CDL preferred but not required). Reliable transportation. Ability to work long hours and occasional weekends.
