We are looking for a dependable, hard-working employee to join our septic installation crew. This position involves working outdoors as part of a team installing residential and commercial septic systems. Responsibilities include assisting with septic tank and drainfield installations, laying and connecting PVC pipe, grading and backfilling, loading and unloading materials, jobsite cleanup, and general construction labor. Employees may also assist with operating skid steers, excavators, and other equipment depending on experience. Applicants should be comfortable working outdoors in Florida weather, performing physical labor, using basic hand and power tools, and working around heavy equipment. We are looking for someone who shows up on time, works well with others, takes pride in their work, and is willing to learn. A valid driver's license is required. CDL experience and skid steer/heavy equipment experience are a big plus , but not required for the right candidate.

Preferred Qualifications:

Construction, septic, underground utility, excavation, or site-work experience Skid steer or excavator experience CDL Class A or B Experience towing trailers or operating commercial trucks Ability to read a tape measure and follow jobsite instructions Reliable transportation and good attendance This is a full-time position with the opportunity to grow with a busy septic company. Pay will be based on experience, CDL status, and equipment operating ability.

Pay:

$20.00 - $30.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
