Job Summary We are seeking dedicated and reliable personnel with paving experience such as Paver, Roller, skid steer, broom tractor operators, screed men along with mill operators and ground man. Highest pay in the industry. Majority of our jobs are municipality or FDOT. We look forward to you joining our team. Responsibilities Operate paving equipment such as asphalt pavers/screeds, broom tractors, skid steers, rollers and milling machines Handle bituminous materials safely, including spreading, and compacting asphalt according to project specifications. Follow safety regulations rigorously, including DOT (Department of Transportation) standards and site-specific safety protocols Experience Hands-on knowledge of heavy equipment operation such as asphalt pavers/screeds, broom tractors, skid steers, rollers and milling machines Familiarity with construction machinery maintenance routines to ensure equipment longevity. Understanding of safety regulations related to asphalt paving and heavy machinery operation. Experience working on-site with construction teams in a fast-paced environment that emphasizes safety protocol adherence. $20.00 - $30.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 - 60.0 per week
