ÉSUMÉ EZ Junk Removal LLC is hiring a dependable, high-output crew member for drywall cleanup and floor-protection work on active construction sites. This is physical production work for someone who likes moving with purpose, working as part of a strong crew, and seeing clear results at the end of the day. We hold a high standard because our customers count on us to arrive ready, communicate well, work efficiently, and leave their projects clean. You do not need to be the most experienced applicant. You do need to be reliable, coachable, physically capable, and willing to work at a serious pace without sacrificing quality.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Remove and organize drywall scrap on active construction sites Install floor-protection paper Sweep floors and complete detailed site cleanup Carry material through houses and up or down stairs Load drywall scrap and other debris into dump trailers Work efficiently with a crew to complete production goals Protect finished surfaces and respect customer property Communicate clearly about progress, problems, and job completion The work involves repeated lifting, carrying, bending, sweeping, walking, and working in changing weather and construction-site conditions.

WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE

Our strongest crew members: Arrive on time and ready to work Maintain a fast, steady pace without constant supervision Notice what needs to be done and take initiative Follow jobsite safety requirements while maintaining an efficient pace Accept coaching and improve quickly Support the crew instead of disappearing when the work gets hard Care about both speed and quality Can be trusted with customers, equipment, and jobsite access People with backgrounds in athletics, construction, roofing, framing, landscaping, moving, military service, or warehouse production often transition well into this role. Those backgrounds are helpful, but they are not required.

PAY AND ADVANCEMENT

Starting pay is $25 per hour. This company rewards contribution. Increased earning potential is based on demonstrated performance, efficiency, reliability, skill, leadership, and the ability to help the crew complete excellent work consistently. As EZ Junk Removal grows, strong crew members can take on greater responsibility and pursue future crew-lead or project-lead opportunities. Advancement is earned through consistent results—not simply time on the job.

Valid driver's license Dependable transportation to the Coeur d'Alene area Reliable attendance and punctuality Clear communication Ability to perform demanding physical work throughout the shift Ability to work effectively on a team and independently Willingness to work on active construction sites Trustworthy, professional conduct
