Our team is dedicated to delivering quality craftsmanship and innovative solutions across multiple locations. Job Overview Perform tasks involving physical labor in asphalt milling and paving. May operate a variety of equipment dependent upon skill set. Duties will vary. Overnight stays, night and weekend work shifts may be required occasionally throughout the normal milling and paving season. Responsibilities Perform duties involving shoveling, raking, luting, jack hammering, heavy lifting and the use of multiple small tools involved with asphalt milling and paving. Operate equipment depending on skill set and level of ability. Paving and Milling Machine experience required. Clean tools, materials and work areas Must perform all tasks in a safe manner following all safety precautions Clearly communicate with other crew members to ensure safety, teamwork and completion of daily goals

Job Qualifications:

Must have reliable transportation to the work sites Must be able to work in extreme weather conditions Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds Lift, carry and hold building materials, tools and supplies Perform variety of functions such as dig, spread and level dirt, asphalt and gravel with a pick or shovel Clean tools, equipment, materials and work areas Must be a safety conscious individual Be able to stoop, kneel, and crouch Frequently lift and carry tools, materials, and equipment weighing up to 50 pounds See and hear well (either naturally or with correction) Join our team to build lasting infrastructure that makes a difference!
