Overview Join our dynamic construction team as an Asphalt Laborer. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work outdoors on civil infrastructure projects, contributing directly to community development and transportation improvements. We prioritize safety, teamwork, and hands-on involvement, making every day on the job site engaging and rewarding. Duties Assist with asphalt paving operations, including spreading, leveling, and compaction of asphalt materials. Operate machinery. Use hand tools and power tools for site preparation and finishing tasks. Perform manual handling of materials. Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to safety standards at all times. Collaborate with team members to ensure project milestones are met efficiently and safely.
