Seasonal Pay Range:

$15-$17 per hour The Role Are you ready to build the literal foundation of our community? We are looking for a hardworking, reliable Asphalt Laborer to join our paving crew. This is a physically demanding role that requires stamina, a team-first attitude, and a "get it done right" mindset. Whether we're paving a highway or a driveway, you'll be an essential part of the team ensuring a smooth, high-quality finish.

What You'll Do Surface Prep:

Clean and prepare job sites by removing debris and applying tack coat.

Material Handling:

Use shovels and rakes to spread asphalt, gravel, and other materials to specific thicknesses.

Equipment Support:

Assist with the operation of rollers, pavers, and plate compactors.

Traffic Control:

Set up cones, signs, and act as a flagger to ensure the safety of the crew and the public.

General Maintenance:

Perform routine cleaning of tools and machinery to keep the job running efficiently. What You Bring to the

Table Physical Strength:

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and work on your feet for 8-10 hours a day.

Heat Tolerance:

Comfort working outdoors in various weather conditions (especially high summer temperatures).

Reliability:

Safety First:

A strict commitment to following OSHA guidelines and wearing PPE (hard hats, vests, steel-toed boots).

Experience:
