Duties:
```
  • Lead crew installing water, sewer and storm drain
  • Assist with the setup and cleanup of jobsite
  • Operate hand tools, power tools and equipment as needed
  • Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment
  • Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and within budget ```
Qualifications:
```
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in construction or a related field preferred
  • Ability to read blueprints and understand construction plans
  • Knowledge of construction management and quality control processes
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
