This role is critical to producing high-quality Reclaimed Asphalt Pavement (RAP) and ensuring efficient plant production. Position Overview The RAP Processing Operator is responsible for operating equipment used in processing RAP, including loaders, excavators, asphalt impactors, and prosizers. This role ensures material is processed, stockpiled, and supplied efficiently to support plant operations. Key Responsibilities Operate loaders and excavators to feed and manage RAP material Operate and monitor asphalt impactor crusher and prosizer equipment Maintain consistent material flow to support plant production Manage RAP stockpiles for accessibility and organization Perform daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance Identify and report equipment issues promptly Support production by ensuring processed material is available Maintain clean and organized work areas Follow all safety policies and regulatory requirements What We're Looking For Experience operating loaders and excavators preferred Mechanically inclined with basic troubleshooting ability Willingness to learn specialized processing equipment (training provided) Strong focus on safety and efficiency Ability to work independently and as part of a team Reliable with a strong work ethic Ability to work outdoors in varying conditions Work Schedule This is a full-time position: Hours vary based on plant operations Overtime and weekend work may be required Benefits Competitive pay based on experience Health, dental, and vision insurance options Paid time off and company holidays Opportunities for growth and advancement within Black Rock
