Overview:
Costello Blacktop is a growing, family-owned, road construction company based in Canastota. We are seeking a dedicated asphalt laborer to join our team.Responsibilities:
- Assist in pave preparation tasks
- Support construction site activities by performing manual labor such as raking, digging, lifting, and carrying materials
- Flagging
- Collaborate with the team to ensure projects are completed efficiently and safely
- Follow all safety protocols and regulations on the construction site
Requirements:
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Strong communication skills to work effectively with team members and supervisors
- Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labor tasks on construction sites
- Willingness to follow safety guidelines and procedures at all times
- OSHA 10 Certification
