Job Summary Onyx Surface Solutions is looking for a dependable, hardworking individual to join our growing outdoor services crew. This position involves a variety of hands-on work, including asphalt paving, sealcoating, lawn mowing, landscaping, property cleanups, and general labor. Responsibilities Assist with asphalt paving, raking, shoveling, and compaction Assist with driveway and parking lot sealcoating Mow lawns and perform basic landscaping and property maintenance Load, unload, and organize tools and materials Perform jobsite cleanup and debris removal Assist with excavation and base preparation Operate small equipment and power tools after training Maintain a clean and organized work environment Requirements Reliable transportation and dependable attendance Ability to perform physical outdoor work Ability to lift approximately 50+ pounds when needed Willingness to work in hot weather and changing outdoor conditions Positive attitude and ability to work as part of a team Ability to follow instructions and work safely Valid driver's license preferred Experience in paving, landscaping, construction, or equipment operation is a plus but not required . We are willing to train the right person who shows up consistently and is ready to work.
