Full-time About Us Bruck Construction is a family-owned asphalt paving company serving the Columbus area. We're looking for an experienced Paver Operator who takes pride in quality work and wants to be part of a dependable crew. Responsibilities Operate an asphalt paver safely and efficiently Maintain proper grade, depth, and mat quality Work closely with paving crew Perform daily equipment inspections Follow all safety procedures Ability to train and instruct as needed Qualifications At least 4 years of running an asphalt paver minimum Strong understanding of paving operations and directing a crew Reliable transportation Valid driver's license Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Pay & Benefits $28-$34 per hour , depending on experience Weekly pay PPE provided Overtime opportunities Opportunity for advancement to Foreman Apply today — we're hiring now and the season is moving.
