We're expanding our crews and are looking for experienced asphalt paving professionals who enjoy working as part of a skilled team and take pride in delivering exceptional results. Our crews work on a variety of projects, including: Municipal streets and roadway improvements Commercial parking lots and retail developments New residential subdivisions Residential driveway installations Public infrastructure and prevailing wage work Positions We Hire For We're interested in experienced candidates for roles such as: Asphalt Paving Foreman Asphalt Paver Operator Screed Operator Roller Operator Lute Person Grading Equipment Operator Maintainer Operator Milling Machine Operator Applicants should have practical asphalt paving experience and be dependable, safety-conscious, and able to work effectively with a crew. Leadership experience is a plus for foreman positions.
