1 -2 years of experience in asphalt maintenance and paver operation A strong work ethic and the ability to perform physical labor outdoors in varying conditions. Valid driver's license with a clean record. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply. A team player with an ownership mentality—you take pride in delivering high-quality results.

Prepare job sites, including cleaning, crack filling, oil spot treatment, and setting up traffic control. Operate and maintain asphalt maintenance equipment Work with the team to complete projects efficiently, keeping job sites clean and safe.
