Position:
Laborer Location:
Various job sites within Landmark Excavating's operational area
Type:
Full-time Salary:
Competitive hourly wage based on experience, with opportunities for overtime and benefits
Job Responsibilities:
Top Hand:
Assist with precise measurements and site layout tasks, ensuring excavation work complies with project plans.
Pipelayer:
Install and maintain underground piping systems, ensuring careful handling and proper placement.
Loader Operator:
Operate loaders to move materials around the job site, ensuring safe and efficient operation.
Water Truck Operator:
Operate water trucks to control dust and maintain optimal moisture levels at the site.
General Labor:
Perform site clean-up tasks, including debris removal, site preparation, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
Experience:
Previous experience in excavation or construction is preferred but not required. On-the-job training will be provided.
Physical Stamina:
Ability to work in various outdoor conditions, perform manual labor, and lift heavy objects.
Safety Awareness:
Commitment to following safety protocols and participating in safety training sessions.
Technical Skills:
Basic understanding of construction principles and ability to operate and maintain equipment.
Teamwork:
Strong ability to work collaboratively with team members and follow supervisor instructions.
