As-needed contracted work, Monday through Saturday Ridgeline Asphalt and Surfacing is now accepting applications for positions starting immediately. If you're 18 or older, dependable, and ready to work, we're looking for Asphalt Technicians to join our team. Why You'll Love It Flexible, as-needed schedule Bi-weekly pay — $20/hr Active, outdoor work No experience necessary — training provided onsite What You'll Do Perform asphalt maintenance including crack sealing and sealcoating Assist with lead generation from time to time Work alongside a small, tight-knit crew Physical Requirements Ability to lift 50+ lbs Ability to stand and work on your feet for extended periods Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions, including heat What You Need Must be 18 years or older Reliable transportation Dependable and responsive Must pass a background check No prior experience required — training provided onsite Tools & Equipment All tools, equipment, gloves, and safety gear provided Workers responsible for their own work clothing and appropriate attire Benefits Flexible schedule On-the-job training
