Asphalt Laborer / Asphalt Crew Member T Stone Construction LLC is looking for a dependable and hardworking Asphalt Laborer to join our construction team. Responsibilities Assist with asphalt paving, patching, and repair work. Rake, shovel, spread, and level hot mix asphalt. Assist the paving crew with site preparation and cleanup. Operate basic hand tools and construction equipment as assigned. Help with loading and unloading tools, materials, and equipment. Follow directions from the Foreman and Project Manager. Maintain a clean and safe work area. Follow all company and jobsite safety requirements. Be available for early starts and changing jobsite locations. Perform other general construction duties when needed. Requirements Previous asphalt or construction experience preferred. Ability to perform physically demanding work outdoors. Ability to lift 50+ lbs. Reliable transportation and dependable attendance. Must be able to work as part of a team and follow instructions. Must be comfortable working around heavy equipment and active construction sites. Valid driver's license preferred. Willingness to work overtime when required. Full-Time Schedule:

Monday-Friday, with overtime and occasional weekends as needed
