We are a busy residential construction company looking for a qualified operator with the understanding and ability to perform site work on small and large residential sites. Ability to operate mini excavators, skid steers, back hoes and other similar equipment is required. You also will be required to perform hand work associated with site grading and utility installation. To do well in this role you should be physically fit, and reliable.

Job Responsibilities:

Operate and care for construction equipment and machines. Help equipment operator, carpenters, and other skilled labor when necessary. Prep construction sites by cleaning obstacles and hazards. Install utilities including water, sewer, electric and storm. Follow instructions from supervisors. Ability to fine grade a residential site. Ready to learn from on-the-job training when necessary.

Construction Laborer Requirements:

Must have valid driver license. Be at least 18 years of age. Ability to do physical labor and other strenuous physical tasks. Ability to work in all weather. Workers must be punctual and reliable.
