Job Description
What We're Looking For Proven experience as a construction superintendent, or foreman Strong leadership and communication skills Knowledge of construction methods, tools and safety procedures Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, safe work environment Support the crew with additional tasks as needed to keep projects moving efficiently Qualifications Strong work ethic and willingness to learn Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor in various weather conditions Reliable transportation to and from job sites Ability to follow instructions and work well in a team Positive attitude and commitment to safety Must be able to pass a drug screening What We Offer Competitive starting pay Insurance (Health, and Life Insurance) Vacation Time (Two weeks) Profit Sharing Paid Holiday Time ( New Years Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day).
