COMMERCIAL BOILER TECHNICIANS

(all levels) for full-time opportunity based in Castle Rock, CO.

Pay:

$24-60/hour (range varies depending on level of experience) + overtime! About the Company Thomas B. About the Role We're looking for technicians at all experience levels who are ready to learn, grow, and build a career working on commercial and industrial boiler systems. Whether you're just getting started or bring years of experience, you'll gain hands-on training, real-world exposure, and the opportunity to advance. What You'll Do Perform service calls, inspections, and preventative maintenance Troubleshoot equipment issues and identify solutions Assist with boiler start-ups and ensure safe operation Communicate clearly with customers and provide recommendations Identify aging equipment and support upgrade discussions Collaborate with team members and mentor junior technicians (as applicable) Follow all safety standards and maintain certifications as required What We're Looking For Mechanically inclined with strong problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and adapt in the field alongside the team Positive attitude with solid communication skills Desire to learn and grow within the trade Willingness to travel (including overnight) Eligibility for badging on various federal & government sites -->

REQUIRED
