Heartline Staffing is recruiting a Lead Boiler Technician for a full-time, on-site opportunity in Castle Rock, Colorado. This position is for an experienced boiler technician who can independently troubleshoot, service, inspect, maintain, and start up commercial and industrial boiler equipment while providing exceptional service to customers. This is also a hands-on leadership role. The Lead Boiler Technician will provide guidance to junior technicians and lead internal teams on projects while continuing to perform field service work. The position requires significant regional travel throughout Colorado, Wyoming, and Western Nebraska.

POSITION OVERVIEW

The Lead Boiler Technician will perform service calls, inspections, preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and boiler start-ups while identifying equipment problems and recommending effective solutions. You'll work directly with customers, help optimize boiler room operations, identify aging equipment and potential upgrades, and support the development of junior technicians.

COMPENSATION

$52,000-$87,000 Boosted Out-Of-Town Pay Windshield Time

SCHEDULE

Full-Time On-Site / Field-Based Must Commute To Castle Rock, CO Travel Up To 60% Throughout Colorado, Wyoming, And Western Nebraska ROLE Perform Commercial And Industrial Boiler Inspections, Troubleshooting, And Service Calls Identify Equipment Malfunctions And Provide Effective Solutions Optimize Boiler Room Operations Perform Preventative Maintenance And Troubleshoot Equipment Faults Conduct Boiler Start-Ups And Bring Equipment Online Safely And Correctly Identify Aging Equipment And Discuss Potential Upgrade Options With Customers Provide Thorough And Timely Service Recommendations Deliver Professional, Customer-Focused Service Provide Guidance And Instruction To Junior Technicians Lead Internal Teams On Projects Follow Required Safety Practices And Maintain Relevant Certifications
