Clear Creek Mechanical is seeking an experienced Hydronic General Foreman to lead and install commercial hydronic projects and manage field teams. This position is responsible for coordinating daily field operations, supervising foremen and crews, maintaining project schedules, and actively performing hydronic system installations. Responsibilities include installing boilers, pumps, expansion tanks, controls, and mechanical piping systems while ensuring all work meets company quality, safety, productivity, and code requirements. The ideal candidate is a strong field leader with extensive knowledge of commercial boilers, commercial chillers, mechanical piping, pumps, controls, and hydronic heating systems. This role requires excellent communication, planning, problem-solving, and team-development skills. Responsibilities Lead and actively participate in the installation of commercial hydronic systems. Direct journeymen, apprentices, helpers, and subcontractors assigned to the project. Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, submittals, and project schedules. Lay out and install boilers, chillers, pumps, expansion tanks, heat exchangers, controls, and related equipment. Install copper, steel, and other mechanical piping systems. Coordinate daily work with project managers, general contractors, other trades, vendors, and inspectors. Monitor project progress, crew productivity, material usage, and schedule requirements. Identify field conflicts and promptly communicate delays, change-order work, or material needs. Perform and oversee pressure testing, flushing, system startup, commissioning, and troubleshooting. Inspect completed work and correct any quality or installation deficiencies. Ensure installations comply with approved plans, manufacturer requirements, applicable codes, and company standards. Conduct daily safety planning and enforce all jobsite safety requirements.

Maintain accurate daily reports, timecards, progress updates, and project documentation in Procore. Train and mentor crew members while holding employees accountable for safety, attendance, productivity, and workmanship. Maintain a clean, organized, professional, and respectful jobsite. Qualifications Minimum of 10 years of commercial hydronic or mechanical piping experience. At least 4 years of experience leading foremen and field crews. Advanced knowledge of commercial hydronic systems, boilers, chillers, pumps, piping, controls, and related equipment. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, submittals, and mechanical schedules. Experience planning manpower, coordinating materials, and managing project schedules. Strong leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work effectively with project managers, general contractors, inspectors, and other trades. Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record. Ability to lift at least 50 pounds and work in varying jobsite and weather conditions. Preferred Qualifications Steam & hot water, Boiler operator, NATE and EPA. Experience managing large-scale commercial hydronic projects. Experience with boiler rooms, chillers, central plants, radiant heating, snowmelt, and complex mechanical piping systems. Proficiency with Procore or similar construction-management software.
