THIS IS A NIGHT SHIFT POSITION

We are looking for skilled masons who know the trade, maintain strong production without sacrificing quality, and want steady, long-term employment with an established contractor. Pay ranges from $30.00 to $35.00 per hour based on experience, skill, production, and reliability. We are willing to pay top rates for experienced masons who can demonstrate their ability in the field.

Pay Range $30 - $35 per hour Responsibilities Lay concrete masonry units (CMU) accurately and efficiently Build reinforced masonry walls in accordance with plans and specifications Maintain proper line, level, plumb, joint thickness, and wall dimensions Install and work around bond beams, lintels, reinforced cells, embeds, and openings Read construction drawings, dimensions, and elevations Maintain strong daily production while meeting company quality standards Coordinate with masonry laborers, foremen, layout personnel, and other trades Properly use and maintain masonry tools and equipment Maintain an organized and safe work area Follow all company and project safety requirements Qualifications Previous professional block masonry experience required Strong knowledge of CMU construction Ability to consistently produce quality masonry work Ability to read plans and understand layout and dimensions Commercial, high-rise, or large residential masonry experience preferred Must be dependable and report to work consistently and on time Must be able to perform physically demanding construction work Must work effectively as part of a production-oriented crew OSHA and construction safety knowledge preferred Must successfully complete the company's E-Verify employment eligibility verification process Must pass a pre-employment drug test Position Number 31123 Quality Labor Management (QLM) provides equal employment opportunities (EEO) to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, gender, transgender status or sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, age, disability, genetic information, marital status, amnesty, or status as a covered veteran in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws.
