This role involves hands-on work in building and supporting masonry structures, assisting with construction plans, and performing various labor tasks on-site. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to follow safety protocols. This position offers an opportunity to develop skills in masonry and construction while contributing to quality building projects. Responsibilities Building masonry scaffolds to support ongoing construction activities Assisting with the interpretation and implementation of construction plans and blueprints Performing block work, including laying bricks, blocks, and other masonry materials with precision Supporting the construction team with general labor tasks as needed Ensuring safety standards are maintained throughout all activities Maintaining a clean and organized work environment to promote efficiency and safety Experience Prior experience in masonry work or construction is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates Ability to read basic construction plans and blueprints is advantageous Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labor in various weather conditions Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols Reliable, punctual, and able to work effectively as part of a team
