MASONRY Block Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for hardworking, dependable individuals to join our masonry block crew. If you enjoy working outdoors, take pride in quality craftsmanship, and want to build a career in construction, we'd love to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
Assist with laying concrete masonry units (CMU), mortar mixing, and material handling. Help prepare and organize job sites for daily masonry work. Load, unload, and stage materials and tools. Operate hand and power tools safely. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Follow all company safety procedures. Work as part of a team to complete projects on schedule and meet quality standards.
Qualifications:
Masonry or construction experience is preferred but not required—we are willing to train motivated individuals. Strong work ethic and positive attitude. Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding work. Dependable transportation and reliable attendance. Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions. Willingness to learn and grow with the company.
