Full Job Description Overview:
We are seeking a hardworking Mason (willing to train if needed in areas) that loves to work outdoors. Ideally 5+ years experience. Hours can vary from 30 to 40 hrs a week. You will be responsible for performing various tasks related to stone masonry work, land and hardscaping. This is a paid position with opportunities for growth and development.Responsibilities:
- Lay stones, and other materials to construct or repair walls, patios, walkways, water features, foundations, chimneys, fireplaces and other structures
- Use various tools such as trowels, levels, and hammers to shape and align materials
- Cut or trim bricks and stones using saws or chisels
- Repair or replace damaged bricks or stones
- Collaborate with other team members to complete projects in a timely manner
- Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean work area
Qualifications:
- Attention to detail and ability to work with precision
- Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects
