Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Hardscaper, Mason, and Landscaper to join our vibrant outdoor construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating stunning outdoor environments by executing hardscaping projects, masonry work, and landscape installations. Duties Execute hardscaping construction projects including patios, walkways, retaining walls, fire pits, and outdoor kitchens with precision and attention to detail Perform masonry tasks such as brickwork, stonework, block laying, and decorative concrete finishes Install landscape features like plant beds, irrigation systems, lighting fixtures, and outdoor structures in accordance with project plans Operate heavy equipment and power tools safely to prepare sites and execute construction tasks efficiently Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and construction plans to ensure accurate project execution Conduct site inspections to ensure safety protocols are followed and quality standards are maintained throughout each phase of the project Collaborate with project managers and team members to coordinate tasks, estimate materials needed, and adhere to project timelines Skills Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment for various construction tasks Strong knowledge of building construction principles with experience in hardscaping projects Skilled in masonry techniques including bricklaying, stone setting, and concrete finishing Experience with plumbing, electrical work, window installation, glass installation, flooring installation, and trim carpentry is a plus Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and construction plans accurately Familiarity with safety protocols on construction sites to ensure a secure working environment Knowledge of Bluebeam software for digital plan review is desirable Construction management experience including estimating costs and inspecting ongoing work is advantageous Outdoor work experience in various weather conditions with a focus on remodeling projects Ability to operate electrical tools and interpret technical specifications for building material installation Join our team if you're passionate about creating exceptional outdoor spaces!
