This hands-on leadership role combines digital templating expertise with management of our in-house installation crew. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, precision, and a passion for exceptional craftsmanship in both residential and commercial work. Multifamily:

10% Key Responsibilities Perform precise digital templating (LT-2D3D laser systems strongly preferred) and manage the full template-to-install process Lead and manage the in-house stone countertop installation team, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and to high quality standards Coordinate installation schedules, resources, and job sequencing Review plans, measurements, and specifications to ensure accurate execution Conduct site inspections for quality control, fit, and safety Collaborate with clients, general contractors, designers, and internal fabrication teams Identify and execute upselling opportunities at the point of template (commissionable) Support bidding on commercial and multifamily projects (commissionable) Maintain clear communication and documentation throughout each project Core Requirements Proven experience in digital templating (LT-2D3D preferred) Hands-on experience installing granite, quartz, quartzite, and other stone countertops Demonstrated ability to lead and manage an installation crew Willingness to relocate to the Tyler, TX area (short commute required) Strongly Preferred Experience upselling at template Experience bidding commercial or multifamily work Fabrication knowledge or machine programming experience Strong attention to detail, leadership, and customer-facing skills Compensation Determined at interview and can exceed the amount listed in this posting. We negotiate total compensation based on experience. Upselling and commercial bidding are commissionable.
