Job description: Job Summary We are seeking a reliable and skilled Cut Man / Lead Trim Carpenter. This role focuses on cutting, prepping, and organizing materials to ensure smooth and efficient installation of interior finish work. If you are detail-oriented, comfortable with power tools, and enjoy working as part of a high-performing crew, this is an excellent opportunity. Responsibilities Measure, cut, and prepare materials (trim, casing, baseboards, panels, hardwood, etc.) based on lead carpenter specifications. Safely operate power tools such as miter saws, table saws, jigsaws, drills, and sanders. Stage and organize materials for efficient workflow on the jobsite.
