Skilled Trades / Construction Technician We are looking for experienced, skilled tradespeople to join our growing team. We operate multiple construction, property service, and maintenance businesses and are looking for dependable individuals who bring real experience and craftsmanship in one or more skilled trades. You do NOT need experience in every area listed below. If you are highly skilled in one or several of these areas, we want to hear from you. Experience We're Looking For Experience in one or more of the following: Drywall installation, repair, finishing & texture Interior & exterior painting Stucco installation & repair Wood framing & general carpentry Flooring installation Doors, trim & finish carpentry General remodeling & construction Landscaping Irrigation installation & repair Yard maintenance Other skilled construction trades Who We're Looking For We're looking for someone who: Has proven experience in at least one skilled trade Takes pride in their craftsmanship Can work independently and solve problems Works efficiently without sacrificing quality Is dependable and shows up ready to work Takes ownership of their responsibilities Communicates well with the team and customers Keeps a clean and organized jobsite Is willing to learn and develop additional skills Has reliable transportation Works safely and professionally This is not simply a general labor position. We are specifically looking for people who already bring valuable trade experience to the team.
