FedEx Ground ISP Delivery Driver in Lake Havasu City, AZ. FedEx Isp looking to hire enthusiastic delivery route drivers in Lake Havasu City! We provide training, vehicle and all the tools you need to become a successful delivery driver! Duties and Responsibilities This Position is working for independent contractor who contracts with FedEx Ground out of Lake Havasu City, AZ terminal. Conduct inspections of vehicles before departing from terminal Load and organize products in step vans, box trucks, sprinters, and or transits vehicles according to company's specifications. Some routes require loading while others may be loaded by terminal employees. Safely drive and operate your delivery vehicle Use a handheld device for routing information and customer delivery information. We also provide an iPad with GroundCloud navigating software. Delivery and pick up packages to and from customers on assigned routes Navigate a variety of routes throughout the delivery area Maintain ongoing communication with management team Maintain a clean vehicle and tools both inside and out. Help other routes as needed. Perform the following tasks, with or without reasonable accommodation

• Lift packages up to 150 pounds with dolly
• Get in and out of the delivery vehicles and walk up and down stairs throughout your shift Basic Requirements Eligible to work in the US At least 21 years of age Valid State Driver's License Pass DOT Physical Pass a motor vehicle record check Must be comfortable driving 16ft+ vehicle
• No cell phone or electronic handheld tickets
• Pass a pre-employment drug test administrated by a third party-Medical Review Personal (5-panel test including Marijuana (THC), Opioids, Phencyclidine (PCR), Cocaine, and Amphetamines) Preferred Qualifications Experience driving a commercial vehicle for one year in the last three years Previous route delivery driver experience Flexible Schedules Availability to work weekends Accountable, Self-motivated and energetic Reliable and hardworking ethic Possess a positive and professional attitude Focus on safety, customer service, and continuous improvement Just-do-it kind of mindset Compensation & Benefits Starts at $150/day (typical day is 6-8 hours).
