Overview We are seeking skilled, experienced tradesmen to join our dynamic construction team. Responsibilities Interpret and follow detailed construction plans, technical drawings, and specifications to ensure precise execution of tasks. Operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment safely and efficiently to perform tasks such as framing, carpentry, flooring installation, and hardscaping construction. Install building materials including drywall, stucco, plastering components, trim carpentry, windows, and flooring with attention to detail and quality standards. Conduct construction inspections to verify compliance with safety protocols and project specifications throughout each phase of work. Perform plumbing and electrical work where required, adhering strictly to safety guidelines and technical standards. Manage outdoor work environments effectively, including hardscape installation and remodeling projects that require outdoor site preparation and finishing touches. Collaborate with project managers and construction teams to review construction plans, estimate materials needed, and ensure timely project progression. Maintain a clean and organized worksite; adhere to all safety protocols to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment at all times. Experience Proven construction experience with a strong background in building trades such as carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, or hardscaping. Hands-on experience operating power tools, hand tools, heavy equipment, and interpreting technical drawings or blueprints using Bluebeam or similar software. Demonstrated ability to perform construction material installation including flooring, trim carpentry, stucco, caulking, plastering, and window installation. Knowledge of construction management practices and estimating procedures is highly desirable. Experience working on remodeling projects or outdoor hardscape installations is preferred. Familiarity with safety protocols specific to construction sites; commitment to maintaining a safe work environment at all times. Ability to work effectively outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining high standards of craftsmanship.
